Lovely facilities and staff, wonderful experience. A mini bar, a heating system and a laptop-size safe in the room were a nice touch. The employees were exceptional! A relaxing base for celebrating birthday in Auckland. Within 10 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

A wide range of extra supplies: a heating system, an individual safe and ironing facilities. The beds were comfortable. Amazing staff deserves a 5-star rating. Thoroughly enjoyed Auckland, the hotel was luxury. The good stay, we will be back...
